It is with a heavy heart that we share the tragic news of the passing of Blanchet alumni Stephen Sacchi, Blanchet class of 2008. Stephen died on Christmas Eve in an auto accident in Salem.

At the time of his passing, Stephen was living in Portland and working at Reynolds Middle School. His mother, Tamra, shared, “Stephen loved being a Cavalier, and his time at Blanchet motivated him to become a teacher so he could pay it forward.”

Please join us in keeping the entire Sacchi family in our thoughts and prayers as they deal with the sudden loss of their son.

All donations will be included in a Stephen Sacchi Scholarship fund to help Blanchet students.
